What is an eSIM?

A digital SIM card built into your phone. You activate it by scanning a QR code, with no physical card to insert.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your regular SIM stays in your phone, and you use the eSIM for mobile data.

Which countries are covered?

30-day plans work in 41 countries and territories across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland and Norway. 8 and 12-week plans also include Turkey. Tap “Valid in … countries” on any plan to see the full list.

Do I need to set anything up?

It depends on the plan. For 30-day plans, set the APN netmon.vodafone.it manually after installing. It takes a minute and there is a step-by-step guide here. On 8 and 12-week plans, the APN sets automatically.

When does the validity start?

The validity period starts from the moment of purchase. That is why we recommend buying your eSIM shortly before your trip.

How fast is delivery?

You receive your eSIM between 5 minutes and 1 hour at most after your payment is confirmed.

When should I install it?

We recommend installing it before you leave, while on Wi-Fi. Switch data to it when you arrive.
