2. Products

We sell eSIMs for mobile data in Europe, with the data allowance and validity described on each plan.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed on the website and paid by card, using the amount and order code shown. The eSIM is delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.

4. Right of withdrawal

The eSIM is digital content delivered immediately. By placing an order, the customer agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal once the eSIM has been delivered.

5. Refunds

6. Compatibility

The customer is responsible for checking that the phone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the rights given by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
